While they've introduced lots of new Gadgets lately like new iPods, the upcoming iPhone, and AppleTV, there have not really been any new computers since the shift to Intel Inside machines (and I don't count speed increases). Leaves a dual-core G5 guy with a bit of an empty feeling. Vis-a-vis the iPhone, however, this is a GSM phone initially tied to Cingular for sure, but because it's GSM, I'm willing to bet it will be available all over the world with special deals with service providers throughout. Cingular will just have a lock on the USA. In Canada, it will probably be Rogers or Microcell (Fido).
